INNOVATIVE TURBO DRYER!

We offer for use a new generation of industrial high-speed universal dryers AIRSTREAM !
Designed for high-temperature high-speed drying of firewood in packages, on pallets and in stands. It can also be used (in a separate version) for drying sawn timber, for the production of freeze-dried products, drying fruits and vegetables, etc.

Complex composition
AIRSTREAM comes in two versions:

Basic execution:
Boiler room operating on wood chips, liquid or gaseous fuels. Installed in a sea 20-foot insulated container;
Firewood drying unit based on a 45-foot heat-insulated NS container.
Productivity: up to 36 tons of raw firewood (depending on the type and humidity) in 3-4 days.
Optimal performance:
Boiler room operating on wood chips, liquid or gaseous fuels. Installed in a sea 20-foot insulated container;
Firewood drying unit based on two 45-foot insulated NS containers.
Productivity: up to 72 tons of raw firewood (depending on the type and humidity) in 2-3 days.

Execution options
Mobile:
based on HC sea containers installed on car semitrailers. They are connected to the mains or other alternative sources of electricity.
Mobile version:
based on sea containers HC. Delivered to the place of temporary operation on container ships. Installed on level platforms. They are connected to the mains or other alternative sources of electricity.
Stationary version:
based on sea containers HC. Installed on a prepared site or indoors. They are connected to power grids.

Innovative high-speed wood drying technology
Initially, two drying blocks (36 tons each) are loaded with packs of raw firewood, 26 packs each.
The technological process of drying firewood is carried out by a carousel method with a displacement of the supply of the coolant to one of the drying blocks. When the temperature in the drying unit reaches more than 100 ° C, moisture boils and active vaporization occurs in the wood. The temperature in the first drying block rises to + 120 ... + 130 ° C, after which the side ventilation valve opens and the forced steam discharge fan is turned on.
The high-temperature air-steam agent is forcibly fed into the second drying unit, which is currently a waste steam recovery unit. Due to the active (5000 m3 / h) discharge of the spent high-temperature steam into the second drying unit, it is preheated to a temperature close to + 100C.
The technology of drying firewood by the carousel method has a higher efficiency in contrast to the "standard" technologies of passive steam discharge into the atmosphere. By the time the wood has been dried in the first drying block (2-3 days, depending on the percentage of moisture and wood species), the second drying block will be completely warmed up and dried up to 50%, and it will take no more than a day to dry it.
