Development of multi-fuel internal combustion engines operating

according to the M-process with the aim of generating electricity from fuel received

during pyrolysis waste treatment

A multi-fuel engine is a diesel engine operating both on heavy (diesel fuel, etc.) and light (gasoline, etc.) fractions. With the correct organization of the working process of a multi-fuel high-speed diesel engine, it is possible to achieve quite efficient combustion of various types of motor fuels in it, including light fractions of pyrolysis fuels.

Our company has highly qualified personnel in adapting various diesel engines to work on non-standard motor fuels.

 

We take the diesel generator set as a basis, carry out software adjustments and introduce a number of technical solutions into the engine that allow us to work stably on non-standard fuels.

Indicative list of fuels:

Before moving the engine to work on the M-process, our company conducts extensive studies of the fuel samples submitted or received. After a detailed study of non-standard fuels, decisions are made on the further modernization of diesel generator sets.

When operating on non-ghosted fuels, DGS is additionally equipped with an exhaust gas purification and neutralization unit.
